3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Tier: We offer a free tier with limited features (e.g., limited number of active invoices).
- Paid Subscriptions: Premium features are available via paid subscriptions ("Pro" and "Studio"). By upgrading, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis or as required by applicable law.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the data, invoices, and client information you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., sending emails on your behalf).

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or promotional materials.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
